The Art of 8 Limbs

In Thailand, Muay Thai is known as the Art of Eight Limbs due to the eight parts of the body (weapons) that can be used to strike an opponent. Thai Warriors were taught Muay Thai to defend themselves in hand-to-hand combat when they had lost their weapons. In the gym if you want to be the best, you need to use every tool possible, just like the Thai Warriors of old.
